Welcome to Log Country Cove. These newly constructed premier log home rentals are located on normally constant level Lake LBJ in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. From our location you can boat all the way down Lake LBJ to Horseshoe Bay, over 20 miles. You can also boat up the Colorado river or the Llano river. This Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ is perfect for waterskiing and jet skiing. If you don't have a boat or jet ski, you can rent one of ours. We are located within 10 minutes driving time of 4 of the 7 Highland Lakes. Take scenic drives around the lakes along the winding roads. There are plenty of photo opportunities with all of the beautiful hills, trees and wildlife. Our part of Lake LBJ is particularly pretty. Our cabins are strategically situated on the waterfront and provide a beautiful view of the water. Each of our log cabins is unique and is nestled in a wooded area of cedar, oak, and pecan trees. Nestled among the trees near the water You will be amazed at the sheer size of the logs taken from majestic Canadian spruce trees. The 5 bedroom log home is being constructed of very large Canadian douglas fir logs. The comment most often heard when people first see the log cabins is "Awesome!" From the moment of your arrival Mother Nature welcomes you with her dazzling display of wild flowers sprinkled around granite outcroppings and nestled among the live oak trees. Each season has its own particular beauty. A creek runs through a portion of the acreage. Each cabin comes with a kitchen that has a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. All pots and pans, dinnerware and utensils are furnished. We also have picnic tables for outdoor dining. Mornings are a delight at Log Country Cove. Guests enjoy sitting on their deck with their coffee and listening to the birds, and looking at the water. The home comes completely furnished and has a TV, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. The waterfront location and the extra large windows provide good views of the water.
