Wireless internet TV/DVD/Dish Network, swing set, horseshoes, washers, Jacuzzi tub, fireplace, washer/dryer, pool table, sand volleyball, foosball table, Texas Hold 'em Poker table, large deck. Kitchen has two refrigerators, 2 ovens. Charcoal barbeque/fire pit, picnic table. This home is not on the water but it has water/boat access (500 yards).
