All bedrooms have a queen size bed, there is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Upstairs you will find an open floor plan with bamboo hardwood flooring throughout, high ceilings with large picture windows overlooking Lake LBJ. The living area is equipped with a Panasonic Flat Screen T.V with cable, DVD/VCR player, stereo receiver. In the master bedroom there is a flat screen T.V., bath and walk in closet. There is also a guest hallway bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances. The dining area is elevated with seating for six. Downstairs you will find ceramic tile throughout. Two bedrooms, a living area with T.V., queen size sleeper sofa, X-Box console and air hockey table. There is a large full bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer.

Guest House:
Upstairs you will find an extra large bedroom with 2 queen size beds and a small balcony. Downstairs you will have a kitchenette with stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and café style seating. The living area has a T.V. with cable and a sleeper sofa. There is a full bath as well.

Outside:
Fully equipped outdoor kitchen with bar and television, covered patio with Adirondack patio furniture, Jacuzzi hot tub, covered boat dock with lift, swim deck with ladder, two large smoker charcoal grills, 5 star open water view, 5 star view of the July 4th fireworks, playscape with slide and swings, grassy lawn in front and back of house.
