Bunk House: 2 kings. This home is not on the water but it has water/boat access.

As you enter the Cabin Fever, you are greeted to a huge covered patio with a 13' picnic table. There is always a breeze on those hot summer days. Two overhead ceiling fans enhance the natural southerly breeze. Once inside you will find a rustic cedar kitchen that is fully equipped with wildlife dinnerware, wine glasses, margarita glasses and big tumblers for the pool area. There are two refrigerators and a laundry room for your convenience. The downstairs includes a great room, dining room with massive aspen log furniture. Enjoy the large 55" screen HDTV/DVD/Dish Network and sound system. The lodge décor gives you a feeling of being in the Colorado Rockies.

There is an extra large master bath with jetted spa tub for two and shower off the master bedroom. Climb the half log stairs to the sleeping loft. The log bunk beds and one double futon will sleep 6 guests. Enjoy a game of pool on the new custom made cedar pool table while watching a game of football on the 46" flat screen TV. On each end of the loft there is a bedroom and full bath - one bedroom has a double futon also.

The loft has a beautiful view of the pool, hot tub and waterfall that was made from natural granite that came from this property. As it gets darker, you can watch the moon creep over the "mountain" and watch the stars "deep in the heart of Texas." After a nice soak in the pool or hot tub, enjoy sitting by the outdoor fireplace. Remember, the pool can be heated as well on those cool spring evenings.

The newly constructed "Bunk House" has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Each bedroom has a king bed. A peaceful rest in this "Bunk House" will have you ready for lots of fun enjoying the amenities of the Main House, Cabin Fever!

The back yard has a tree house and two tire horse swings for the little folks. They can roast wieners or toast marshmallows in the fire pit with our very own handmade "roaster-toasters". There is a very large BBQ grill for smoking or grilling supper. As you relax by the pool, listen to your favorite music on the outdoor speakers or log on to the wireless internet. Gather up the gang and have a rowdy game of volleyball on your own private court.

Be sure to hike the Sarayu Trail that crosses the back portion of this property. You will find a picnic table right by the granite outcroppings. Continue on down the path to the creek. The kids will love this - as well as the young at heart.
